Dencia’s whitenicious cream is really taking her places!  She got lots of attention from mainstream media, even a ‘fight’ with Kenyan Oscar Winner Lupita Nyong’o. Lupita Nyongo’s mentioned Dencia and her cream during her speech on black beauty at the Essence Magazine luncheon. Now she has also gotten Oprah’s attention as her network, Oprah Winfrey Network wants to interview her for a new documentary film titled ‘Light Girls’. Dencia shared a screenshot from a mail she received from OWN on her BBM display picture.
Well, something’s got to work, if singing doesn’t work then whitenicious must work. It is working!……

Twenty-five students and two teachers of Ogba Junior Grammar School in Ogba, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, were yesterday evening rushed to a hospital after they inhaled emission from a toxic chemical. It was gathered that the unconscious students and teachers were immediately rushed to Blue Cross Hospital, located opposite the shopping mall for urgent medical attention. A medical doctor at the hospital declined to comment on the condition of the students and teachers. Two of the affected female students whose condition was critical were transferred in a Lagos State Emergency Ambulance marked LA 156 A08 to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, in Ikeja. Cristiano Ronaldo Cristiano Ronaldo, Franck Ribery and Lionel Messi are on the three-man shortlist for the 2013 Ballon d’Or. The trio were chosen from the 23-man list, which included Gareth Bale, and the world player of the year will be revealed on 13 January. Barcelona’s Messi has won four years in a row but Real Madrid forward Ronaldo is the favourite to win this year. The women’s final trio are Nadine Angerer (Germany), Marta (Brazil) and Abby Wambach (USA). Fifa has also confirmed the final three for coach of the year – with former Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson vying with ex-Bayern Munich coach Jupp Heynckes and Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp for the award. Reports emanating from Minna, Niger State capital, indicates that the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU has called off its five months strike. The Union arrived at the latest decision to suspends its strike after a marathon meeting held at the Federal University of Technology (FUT), Minna, Niger State on Monday. After a protracted debate, the Federal Government and ASUU reached a compromise during a negotiation brokered by the President of the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC), Comrade Abdulwaheed Omar few days ago.
