SEE 9-Year-Old girl Who Lives, Eats, Sleeps And Plays With 30 Reptiles Including Anacondas (PHOTOS)


Krista Guarino is only nine years old yet has already proved she is an expert snake handler. The brave schoolgirl lives with a staggering 30 reptiles, including anacondas and a 12ft python at her home in Warren, a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. She eats, sleeps and plays with the creature.
 Mr Guarino said: 'Snake was one of her first ever words. I knew when she was very little that they were going to be her passion. 'From an early age she wasn't like a normal kid - she wasn't afraid of snakes at all. She just wants to go up and grab them and pet them and play with them.'

Twenty-five students and two teachers of Ogba Junior Grammar School in Ogba, Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, were yesterday evening rushed to a hospital after they inhaled emission from a toxic chemical. It was gathered that the unconscious students and teachers were immediately rushed to Blue Cross Hospital, located opposite the shopping mall for urgent medical attention. A medical doctor at the hospital declined to comment on the condition of the students and teachers. Two of the affected female students whose condition was critical were transferred in a Lagos State Emergency Ambulance marked LA 156 A08 to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, LASUTH, in Ikeja. Polytechnic lecturers begin indefinite strike over new Salary scheme

  The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP) has declared an indefinite strike action today April 6 to press home their demand for the implementation of a new salary scheme for polytechnic lecturers.   According to the union, the industrial action kicks off today, Tuesday, April 6th.   Making the declaration in Abuja after an unsuccessful meeting with the Federal government, the National President of ASUP, Anderson Ezeibe, said asides from the new salary scheme, the union is also demanding payment of salaries and promotion allowances owed lecturers by some state governments.   Ezeibe added that the union will be open for dialogue with the Federal Government to resolve the issues raised.

Kaduna lawmaker dies four months after he was reinstated by Appeal Court

  A member of the House of Representatives representing Lere Federal Constituency of Kaduna State, Suleiman Aliyu, has died.    According to Daily Nigerian, the lawmaker died in the early hours of Tuesday, April 6, at the Barau Dikko Teaching Hospital, Kaduna State after a brief illness. He was aged 53.   The deceased had in November 2020, won his case at the Court of Appeal which reinstated him as both the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the winner of the February 23, 2019 House of Representatives election for Lere Federal Constituency
